I went to a function downtown FWB and this stand was there serving amazing food. I had carne asada which was delicious, the burrito was HUGE! I also got a bag of jalapeno peanut brittle, sounds crazy but it was amazing!

Awesome food and quick service. All their food is fresh and homemade, they make incredible burritos, bring your appetite. Love the homemade salsa, verde sauce and guacamole. For dessert, you must try the cheesecake or carrot cake. The carrot cake is my favorite, so moist! This food is so much better than any of the local restaurants in the area, it is a must try, trust me!

Stopped here because I was HUNGRY! Left here satisfied with a smile! These ladies (and I use the term loosely) know how to cook! I had a Carne Asada Burrito, bigger than most Mexican Villages, and spicy like a Senorita! She threw me a tamale to try and I was in masa heaven. I have had tamales all up and down and around this country and those south of the border, these tamales were legit. She tempted me with the Carrot Cake (claims it's health food), and I don't regret it. It's a little odd being in the parking lot of a Scuba Shop (USA Scuba), but it is a pretty cool vibe, a couple of boats parked under Orange trees....True Florida. Awesome Food. Give it a try. I'll be back!

If I could give Mama's 10 stars, I would!! All of her food is muy delicioso. She comes from Southern California, so she knows how Baja Mexican food is supposed to taste. From her carnitas burritos to her coffee toffee cheesecake, it is all amazing. My husband gets mad if I get something and don't bring anything home for him. I missed eating real Mexican food after moving from So Cal. The tamales, street tacos, key lime pie, carne asada fries, and nachos are great. You won't get any of that TexMex crap, so if that's what you want go to Taco Town and eat. She's a hoot if you sit and talk to her. Find her on facebook to see where she's going to be and what is on the menu! facebook.com/home.php#!/…

Was driving to base in the morning and need something to eat. Saw this Food Trailer on the side of the road and decided why the hell not. It was good... Amazing!!! This women can cook like a ninja can kill with an AK-47. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about the big ass Burrito I had. I will be eating there again!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
